3.3 You are solely responsible for the security of your 92pk account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 92pk will never ask you for your password through live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility.
3.4 If you suspect unauthorised access to your 92pk account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. 92pk cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
3.5 92pk reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at the time of withdrawal requests or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

4.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account subject to investigation.
4.4 92pk does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own charges, for which 92pk accepts no responsibility.
4.5 Funds deposited into your 92pk account are held in a segregated manner and used solely for gaming purposes on the Platform.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits on 92pk are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 4 business hours to reflect depending on network conditions and banking hours.
5.1 Withdrawal requests on 92pk are subject to identity verification being completed satisfactorily prior to processing. 92pk reserves the right to request verification at any point in the withdrawal process.
5.2 Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Withdrawal to a different payment method may require additional verification.

5.4 Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 72 hours.
5.5 92pk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is withheld, 92pk will inform the affected player and request any additional information necessary to resolve the matter.
5.6 Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal from a bonus-affected balance can be processed. Details of applicable requirements are set out in the relevant bonus terms.
6.1 92pk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to new and existing players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered.
6.2 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, using Bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit the terms, or coordinated wagering with other players, will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.
6.3 92pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
6.4 Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances within your 92pk account. The order in which funds are used for wagering (bonus versus real-money) is displayed in the cashier section of your account.
6.5 Where a Bonus is credited in error, 92pk reserves the right to reclaim the Bonus amount regardless of whether any wagers have been placed with those funds.

7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed by 92pk, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the player. Confirmation is provided in the bet slip and betting history within your account.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed failure that affects the accurate recording or settlement of a bet, 92pk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
7.4 92pk reserves the right to void or reduce any bet placed at odds that were offered in error (palpable error). Where a bet is voided on this basis, the staked amount will be returned in full.
